We have a breadth and depth of experience in delivering training programmes, across a wide range of subject areas, to all employees from operational and administration staff to Team Leaders and Managers.
As qualified HR professionals we also offer HR consultancy services which help organisations to address their HR challenges in a practical way whilst working within the UK’s legislative framework.

Who Are Get Sorted People?
Get Sorted People is led by Eleanor Haswell. Eleanor has a degree in Psychology (Bsc) and is CIPD qualified. Eleanor Haswell established the Company in June 2011 following a 20 year successful career as a Senior Human Resources Practitioner. Her early career and experiences were primarily within large private sector companies including Heinz and United Biscuits. Within this time she has also held senior commercial positions, primarily in Marketing and therefore has a breadth of cross functional experience.
More recently, in the last 8 years Eleanor has been extensively involved in both the delivery of all aspects of Human Resource Consultancy to clients across public and private sectors; as well as designing and delivering bespoke management development and training solutions to clients across public and private sectors. She is proud of the longevity of the relationships she has with many of her clients.

She is reputed to successfully and quickly engage delegates using her personal and interactive approach to training which enables delegates of all backgrounds and knowledge levels to optimise their learning opportunities.
